Russian Police Certificates

With our office in Moscow , we are conveniently located for obtaining Russian police certificates needed for visa and immigration processes. We can also provide certified translations if required.

What is the process to obtain police certificates?

To begin, we need to receive from you:

    1. A copy of your current passport biographical information page (scanned and emailed to us, must be legible)
    2. Your current address and phone number
    3. A list of the cities where you lived and the dates you lived in each, which you want to appear in the police certificate
    4. Any other names or surnames you have used that should be indicated in the police certificate
    5. $500 payment for our services
  1. Upon receipt of the above, we will send you a power of attorney form along with instructions on how to complete it and return it to us.
  2. After receiving your power of attorney, we submit your request to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow.
  3. The police certificate is issued in Russian. When we receive the certificate we can provide a certified translation, if desired, for an additional fee of $150.
  4. We then send you the documents by courier (UPS express). This expense is billed separately, and usually costs $70-$100.

How long does it take?

You will receive your police certificate approximately one month after we have received your power of attorney.
