What services does White & Associates provide?

Upon consultation with the client, we recommend a country or state, as well as the type of entity (e.g., LLCs in the U.S.) to incorporate. We register the company, provide nominee services on an as-needed basis, handle the corporate formalities (issuance of shares, drafting of Minutes), open corporate bank accounts, and service the entity over the course of its existence, taking care of annual filings and reports as necessary, and preparing contracts (e.g., license agreements, trade).

What information must be provided to get started?

Please provide to us the name of the new company; a list of the owners (and percentages) and directors; brief background about the owners/directors; the use of the new corporation; and a preferable jurisdiction for registration and opening of corporate accounts.
