What services do you provide?

Upon consultation with the client, and acting in concert with business brokers and accountants, we help to identify profitable businesses of interest to the client; travel with you to view the selected businesses; conduct due diligence on the company – seeking out legal, tax, and financial pitfalls; conduct a valuation of the assets; negotiate terms of the transaction (e.g., purchase price, size of the down payment); draft legal documentation (buy–sell agreement, employment agreements, lease agreement, promissory notes, shareholder agreements, Legal Opinion); assist in the consummation of the transaction; provide post-transaction counseling; and prepare the necessary documentation to obtain work visas and permanent residency rights.
