When does the Regional Center program expire?

The Regional Center program was recently extended through September 30, 2012, and it is likely to be extended for 3-5 years again or made permanent. In the unlikely event that it is not extended, this will have no impact on applications filed before that date, previously approved petitions, or those with conditional green cards.
