What is a reentry permit?

A reentry permit is a travel document issued by permanent residents that enables the holder to remain outside the United States for up to two years. While the holder of a reentry permit must still meet the requirements to maintain his permanent resident status, airport and port of entry inspectors tend to show more deference to those with reentry permits.

There are strict laws in place to oversee the entry and exit of permanent residents in and around the United States. For more information about your requirements as a permanent resident, contact the EB-5 re-entry permit attorneys of White & Associates at 818-730-3540.
