How many EB-5 visas are issued annually?

The United States allows for 10,000 EB-5 visas to be issued each year to qualified foreign investors and their family members. Of these, 3,000 are specifically allocated to non-US citizens who choose to invest the minimum amount of required capital in an EB-5 Regional Center. The center must be formally designated by the USCIS as eligible to receive immigrant investor capital in order to qualify as an official Regional Center.
