White & Associates helped my fiancée obtain a visa to the United States . His office in Moscow was very helpful throughout the process, putting Margarita at ease, preparing her for the visa interview, arranging her medical exam, helping secure her police certificate, and answering questions that we had. Because we were so satisfied with their assistance, we decided to retain them for Margarita's adjustment of status process. Ron R.

I am the Russian wife of an American citizen who works in Russia . I had a green card and wanted to obtain an American passport. After consulting with Ken, I realized that I qualified for naturalization under a certain exception in American immigration law. Ken took on my case, and guided me through the process: from preparing the petition, to arranging my fingerprint appointment, to preparing me for my naturalization interview, and expediting my naturalization ceremony. Thanks to Ken, I am now a U.S. citizen. Olga P.

My mother-in-law had been denied a visa at the U.S. Consulate in Ekaterinburg. We were extremely upset when it happened. However, by consulting with Ken, he gave us valuable advice and helped us overcome the refusal. Jeff W.

Ken helped my wife obtain an immigrant waiver. She was permanently barred, and he prepared her “extreme hardship” case thoroughly and professionally. After a nine-month review process, her case was approved, and she was able to immigrate to the U.S. We now have one baby, and are waiting for another. I don't know how to thank Ken. Alex D.

I was separated from my children and husband because of numerous bureaucratic foul-ups at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow . Our family had sold our house and all of our belongings in Russia because we were notified by the Embassy that our visas were ready. But only my childrens' and husband's visas were issued, and the Lottery program expired before my visa was issued. So I was stuck in Russia . Ken took on my case, and after tremendous effort, he was able to secure for me humanitarian parole status. After the nightmare of dealing with the U.S. government, I was reunited with my family. White & Associates renewed my faith in America and Americans again. Marina T.

I had a debt claim against a company in Malta. Ken and I traveled to Malta to negotiate with my debtor. When those negotiations did not lead to a settlement, Ken helped me to retain local counsel, and coordinate our lawsuit against the Maltese company. We were able to receive a judgment in my favor, that included interest and compensation for expenses, and obtain payment from the debtor. It was thanks to Ken's persistence, hard work and diligence that we were able to prevail. Mira F.

Ken has been of great help over the past two years. First, he helped bring Vika to the U.S. with a fiancée visa. After we were married, he then filed the paperwork to adjust her status to permanent resident and obtain advance parole while the green card application was pending. The advance parole really came in handy when her mom was sick and she had to leave the U.S. for a few months. Ken also submitted the necessary papers to bring Vika's daughter over. He was of great help to us, responding to me quickly when I had questions and giving Vika peace of mind, knowing that there was someone there to help us through each step of the process. Mike Y.

My 10-year old daughter is a famous ice skater. We spent time in the U.S. last year training, and when we applied for a visa at the Embassy in Moscow , we were shocked at being denied, especially because we had not violated any laws. We retained White & Associates to help us overcome the refusal. They were very professional: first, analyzing the reason for the denial, and then undertaking and preparing our case. After re-applying for a visa, my daughter, I, and my mother all were issued visas. We are ecstatic because my daughter will be able to continue her training in the U.S. I realized that it is better to have professional assistance from the beginning of the process, not after a problem arrived. I am a Turkish businessman in Moscow , and was seeking stability for my family: my wife and two kids. On the recommendation of another Turkish businessman, I approached Ken for some advice on how best to proceed. He drew up for me a “road map” on how to achieve my goal, in the quickest possible time and the most cost effective manner. He opened a company for me in the U.S. , secured an L-1 visa for me and an L-2 visa for my family members. My company in the U.S. grew quickly, in part due to Ken's advice. After a year, we were able to extend that visa and start the green card process. Soon, the petition was approved, and we obtained immigrant visas. I am forever indebted to Ken. Cuneyt T.

I am a Russian student, my father is a banker. For some reason – still unclear to me – I was denied a visa four times by the American Embassy. It was not until my dad hired White & Associates that I was able to obtain a student visa. Mikhail P.

I am a successful Korean businessman in Moscow , and wanted to send my children to study in the U.S. , and have my wife accompany them. While I may have been able to navigate the visa process on my own, I wanted to make sure that we did not have any problems: the future of my children is very important to me, and I did not want to do anything on my own that could negatively impact that future. I met with Ken and he helped me gather the needed documents; he prepared our applications; and represented our interests before the American Embassy. We had no problems whatsoever, and we are very thankful that we used his services. Young K.

When I was having a problem with my American partner, I realized that I needed professional assistance. Apparently, my partner believed that because I was far away I was helpless to defend my interests. Hiring Ken changed his attitude – quickly. I was able to receive back money that was owed to me within 10 days, and since then do not hesitate to contact Ken for advice and representation whenever I have a problem with a Western partner. I am an Uzbek citizen, and won the Green Card Lottery. As I found out, winning the Lottery is not enough: one needs to obtain an immigrant visa to become a permanent resident. When the U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan wrongly accused me of entering a sham marriage and permanently barring me from the United States , I contacted Ken. He exhaustively prepared my case, and after great effort, convinced the Embassy that my marriage was a legitimate one. After that they issued me and my wife immigrant visas, and we are now proud U.S. Permanent residents. Without Ken, I am sure that I would still be in Tashkent , never able to even visit the U.S. Shamshodbek A.

I am a Kirgyz businessman and have been permanently barred from the U.S. Ken was able to assist me in obtaining a non-immigrant waiver to enable me to visit my business partner in the U.S. Roman K.

After my wife and I were issued green cards in the U.S. , my 9-year old daughter was ineligible for a green card because of the expiration of the Green Card Lottery. Our only hope: to bring her to the U.S. under humanitarian parole. White & Associates professionally prepared our case, and after two months, our case was approved. Ken accompanied my daughter to the Embassy, where she was issued a document enabling her to enter the U.S. She is now an excellent student in the 5 th grade in Florida. Vasily G.

My Russian wife overstayed her visa. When her mother died, she had to urgently go home to Russia . She was not able to return to the United States, and was barred from the U.S. for ten years. The only way for her to return to the U.S. before the ten years was with a waiver. Notwithstanding the difficulty of our case, with Ken's help, we were able to prove my extreme hardship, and our waiver request was granted. Bill P.
