About the Firm

White & Associates is an American law firm, which has had a presence in Moscow, Russia since 1992. The firm was founded by Kenneth White, an honors graduate of the George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D. C. Mr. White, who has worked in all three branches of the U.S. government, including the State and Commerce Departments, U. S. Congress, and District of Columbia Superior Court, is licensed by the State of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia and is a member of the D.C. and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeals and D. C. District Court bars. He is fluent in the Russian language; has conducted several seminars on immigration topics; and is the author of the Russian-language books U. S. Immigration and Citizenship (2010) and U. S. Nonimmigrant Visas (2008), as well as dozens of articles in the Russian-language press and English-language articles on challenging findings of inadmissibility, overcoming visa refusals, and the EB-5 program. Mr. White has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1994; is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce of Russia; and the Association to Invest in the USA, and is listed with the U. S. Embassy in Moscow.

White & Associates has been particularly successful over the years in resolving complicated visa issues, including overcoming prior visa rejections and ineligibilities, as well as securing waivers. The firm has helped individuals obtain fiancee, business, work, and immigrant visas. White & Associates has represented and provided a «Bridge to the West» for our CIS-based clients in immigration matters before U.S. and Canadian embassies and consulates. The firm has also successfully litigated in federal courts to effect changes at the consular level and had erroneous consular decisions overturned by the Visa Office of the Department of State in Washington, D. C. The firm’s practice has not been limited geographically, as the principals of W&A have traveled on behalf of clients to Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Georgia, South America, South Africa, Malta, the U.K., Belgium, Poland, and other European countries.
