Before founding White & Associates, he worked as a consultant to American Express. Mr. White is fluent in Russian and the author and editor of a number of books and publications in Russian on immigration and business law issues, including "U.S. Nonimmigrant Visas", published in 2008; "U.S. Immigrant Visas"; "Handbook for Immigrants to Canada"; "Buying a Business"; "Incorporating in the U.S."; "International Debt Collection"; "Immigrating to Canada"; and "Registering a Trademark and Copyright in the U.S."

Graduated from Voronezh University (Law Faculty), Russia. MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Nottingham University Business School, UK. The first Russian national with a MBA degree in CSR. Specialisation - CSR Development in Russia. Admitted to the Bar in Russia and Canada. Specialization: CSR/Sustainable Development consulting, corporate finance and investments; international trade and trade finance; international arbitration and debt recovery; international tax planning and harmonisation; immigration law. He is the author of numerous articles about the firm's specialties (immigration, international banking and investment, tax law, debt collection, etc.)
